The Service is operated by Durant Digital LLC, a Wyoming company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Usage Policy, EULA, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional guidelines posted within the platform.

Some content is created or enhanced using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or incomplete interpretations. All content on Flobase is for informational and educational purposes only.

Flobase does not guarantee learning outcomes, personal development results, or the accuracy of AI summaries or insights.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly stated:

  • All ebooks, flipbooks, graphics, written materials, AI-generated content, platform designs, and learning tools are owned by the Company or by third-party rights holders who license content to us

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute books or learning materials

  • Resell or share subscription access

  • Bypass digital protections

  • Train external AI models using Flobase content

  • Use content commercially unless a separate written license is provided

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for harmful, unlawful, or abusive purposes

  • Attempt to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content

  • Engage in automated access, bots, or scripts without authorization

  • Interfere with servers, APIs, or platform integrity

  • Upload harmful or infringing content

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations at our discretion.

7. AI-Generated Content & Learning Insights

Flobase provides AI-powered:

  • Learning path suggestions

  • Text explanations

AI technology is experimental and may produce:

  • Errors

  • Incomplete information

  • Misinterpretations

  • Unexpected phrasing or conclusions

All AI content is provided as-is and should be used for general informational purposes only.
AI outputs must not be treated as professional, academic, psychological, legal, or factual advice.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

Flobase may include:

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Product safety or accuracy

9. Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and access rights immediately end.
