This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, and digital content access are handled for Flobase (“Service”), operated by Durant Digital LLC, a Wyoming company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Because Flobase provides instant access to digital content, including ebooks, flipbooks, AI-generated insights, educational tools, learning paths, and content summaries, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds are generally not provided for:

Monthly or annual subscription payments

Renewals that occurred before cancellation

Access to premium ebooks or flipbooks

Add-on digital content or upgrades

Mistaken or accidental purchases

Forgotten or inactive accounts
Once premium access is granted, the content is considered delivered.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
After cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

You will not be charged again

You will retain access until your subscription expires

No partial refunds or prorated credits are offered
It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before the renewal date.
3. Free Trials
If offered, free trials provide temporary access before a subscription begins.
When a trial ends:

No refunds will be issued for charges resulting from failure to cancel on time
Free trials are limited to one per user unless otherwise stated.
4. Digital Product & Content Refunds
Some Flobase content—including ebooks, interactive flipbooks, learning packs, or downloadable summaries—may be offered as standalone purchases.
These purchases are non-refundable because:

6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly:

7. Third-Party Purchases
If you subscribed through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play):

We cannot override or manage refunds for external marketplace purchases.
8. Subscription Upgrades or Downgrades
