End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of ebooks, flipbooks, AI insights, educational materials, and other digital content available through the Flobase platform (“Service”). The Service is operated by Durant Digital LLC, a Wyoming company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not access Flobase or its content.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable subscription fees, the Company grants you a:

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to access and use ebooks, flipbooks, learning tools, AI insights, and related content solely for personal, non-commercial use within the Flobase platform.

You may not download, export, reproduce, or redistribute any content unless the interface explicitly provides such functionality.

2. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

  • Copy, screenshot, or distribute books, flipbooks, or learning materials

  • Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content

  • Share your account or provide access to others

  • Remove, bypass, or tamper with digital rights management (DRM) protections

  • Train external AI models using Flobase content without written permission

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or data-mine materials

  • Use content in academic or commercial publications without explicit permission

  • Upload infringing or harmful materials

Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

3. Ownership of Content

All content provided through the Service is owned by:

  • The Company

  • Licensed authors

  • Third-party rights holders

  • AI-generated derivative content produced within the platform

This includes:

  • Ebooks and flipbooks

  • Illustrations and graphics

  • Explanatory texts and educational modules

  • AI-generated summaries

  • Learning paths and curated insights

  • Platform tools and software components

You obtain no ownership rights—only a license to access the content.

4. Author-Submitted Content

Authors or creators may publish ebooks, educational modules, or flipbooks on Flobase.

By submitting content, authors grant the Company a license to:

  • Host and display the content

  • Format and optimize the content for digital use

  • Provide access to readers under subscription terms

  • Promote the content on the platform

Authors retain underlying copyright unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

The Company is not liable for:

  • Accuracy of author-submitted content

  • Claims made within books or educational materials

  • External citations or references

5. AI-Generated Content

Flobase uses artificial intelligence to generate:

  • Summaries

  • Learning insights

  • Explanations

  • Reading recommendations

  • Study assistance tools

AI-generated content may:

  • Include mistakes or incomplete interpretations

  • Differ from the original text

  • Contain phrasing not authored by humans

  • Misrepresent context or nuance

AI outputs are provided “as-is” for educational exploration only.
They must not be treated as authoritative, academic, or professional advice.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may create:

  • Highlights

  • Notes

  • Annotations

  • Saved lists

  • Reading plans

By using these features, you grant the Company permission to:

  • Store your entries

  • Display them within your account

  • Analyze anonymized patterns for improving recommendations

The Company does not claim ownership over your annotations or personal notes.

7. Downloadable or Exportable Content

Some books or materials may include export options such as:

  • PDF summaries

  • Text excerpts

  • Study guides

If downloadable formats are provided, they are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or uploaded publicly.

8. Termination of License

Your license may be terminated if:

  • You violate this Agreement

  • You misuse or redistribute content

  • Subscription payments fail

  • Your account is suspended for abuse or fraud

Upon termination:

  • You must stop using all content

  • You lose access to ebooks, flipbooks, AI tools, and learning materials

  • No refunds will be granted

9. Updates and Modifications

The Company may:

  • Update platform features

  • Modify how content is displayed

  • Add or remove learning tools

  • Change AI functionality

Such updates do not require additional consent.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Service and all content—including ebooks, flipbooks, and AI-generated materials—are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of educational content

  • Interpretation fidelity of AI summaries

  • Learning outcomes or academic results

  • Error-free or uninterrupted service

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • The Company is not liable for learning inaccuracies or reliance on AI outputs

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months

This includes issues relating to:

  • Content accuracy

  • Platform downtime

  • Lost notes or data

  • Third-party materials

  • Educational outcomes

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
